Credits refill on your monthly start-date anniversary, independently of how often you are billed.

Unused credits expire at the next monthly allowance boundary; they do not carry forward.

Credits can be used only for eligible appointments within this plan’s validity. Pauses, cancellation and billing restrictions can limit their use.
